New Taste Tourism Educational Session at the Ocean City Spring Trade Expo Will Be Amazing

March is the time when Ocean City, Maryland, starts preparing for the summer season. As the town emerges from its winter hibernation, the annual Spring Trade Expo, now in its 50th year, serves as the unofficial start of the season.

I'm excited to share that I'll be presenting my newest educational topic, "Taste Tourism: Leverage Culinary and Craft Beverage Experiences to Drive Business," on Sunday, March 3 as part of the Expo’s Solutions Showcase. As the title of this post suggests, I promise it will be amazing!

Spring Trade Expo Overview

Celebrating its 50th Anniversary, the 2024 Spring Trade Expo brings together the hospitality industry buyers and sellers to facilitate business in Ocean City, Maryland. Produced by the non-profit Ocean City Hotel-Motel-Restaurant Association (HMRA), this popular event draws close to 5,000 attendees and features 406 exhibit booths.

Year after year, exhibitors and attendees look forward to coming out of winter hibernation and gathering to network, solidify relationships, and learn from one another. In addition to finding the most innovative products on the market, attendees can see actual production demonstrations and discover the latest trends. As a bonus, free educational sessions and culinary demonstrations occur each day of the event.
